Seen in the bathroom at the dentist's office

so i went to the dentist today. nevermind about my gingivitis. as i went to the ladies room, i saw this little note above the toilet paper.

i was NOT sitting down for longer than 8 minutes but it was nice of whoever put this up there to let me know that if i didn't move for 8 minutes then the lights would go out.
